One of the cornerstones at Cronforce is our state-of-the-art reporting system. Each module has a built-in reporting section which allows you to drill down into your company data and build highly customized reports.
You can access Reports from the menu of each module. Once you are inside, you are presented with a list of past reports which can be easily exported in CSV, MS Excel, PDF or Google Drive (last one requires activation from your company manager).
How to Create a Report
Step 1: Provide a name (mandatory) and description (not mandatory).
Step 2: Select fields to include in your report. You are provided with an extensive list of relevant fields for each module include some cumulative values. See screenshot below for more detail:
You can also re-order your selection by using drag and drop.
Step 3: Define filters for your reports e.g. limit your report to a period of time. You can select from an extensive list of filtering options including dynamic values such as yesterday or last month.
Step 4: Order the resulting list as you wish e.g. upward or downward based on a selected field.
Step 5: Save and you are done! As next you are presented with an overview of the result list so you can take action and make modifications if necessary.
